Almost finished packing for London! Leaving tonight and spending thanksgiving there, touring schools, shopping and hitting the major parties! I'm bringing my camera, and am hoping to blog every day!

Stopping by to let everyone know I'm safe and sound during Hurricane Sandy. Just went on a walk to get some fresh air before the actual hurricane. Tons of exciting things coming up. Tomorrow night ill be hosting the halloween party at Westway with Amanda Lepore, Sunday the 4th ill be attending the Glammy Awards at XL, the week of the 5th of November is the Louboutin sample sale which I'm super excited for, and then ill be in London from November 20th till the 25th! Getting a new camera this week, I love my canon rebel but its way to big to be carried around everywhere, so stay tuned for new photo blog posts xo

OCTOBER

I can't believe that it's already October! This year is seriously flying by. Its been almost a month since I've posted, and I'm sorry for that, Ive been super busy with school work and deadlines.

On Saturday my dad took me to see a video projection exhibition projected in the archway of the Manhattan Bridge Anchorage in DUMBO called Codex Dynamic, which was absolutely breathtaking. You walk into the Anchorage, and experience this outrageous video projection all around you. The projection included all different themes, merged together, as seen below. I had to go back the next day to see it again. (http://www.codexdynamic.com/)

FASHION WEEK

Just picked up a gorgeous army green latex dress from the Klawtex (http://klawtex.com/) showroom to wear tonight to the Blonds runway show, and the after party at On Top, which is also Renee Masoomian's latex fashion show! I'm running behind schedule, but I wanted to post a few photos from the past week.

Got to meet Rick Genest and actually go to breakfast at Cafeteria with him after which was super fun!

Our cab driver said we looked so fabulous and asked to take a picture of us on our way to the Blonds show, so I made him send it to me of course!

 

Night on the town with Gregory Gorgeous. We've talked online for a couple years but didn't get to meet in real life until now. Hes super sweet, totally like a sister to me! Love you Greg!

BRING BACK THE BLOG

Well, I'm back! After a long summer of events and parties, it's finally September. Although I enjoy being free to sleep in all day and party all night, it's time to get back on a regular schedule and be more productive. The reason I haven't blogged in a while is because I decided that I would prefer to spare my blog from party and nightlife related activities, and that was the majority of the past month, along side with relaxing at Fire Island, and watching every single episode of "Sex and the City." Watching Carrie Bradshaw's dedication to her column is what really made me realize that it was time to bring back the blog.

Looking forward. My hair is freshly died back to black, with my new side bangs trimmed. I'm ready to get back on track. This week is pretty exciting, my friends Mao Padilha and Roger Padilha from MAO PR recently wrote a book called "Antonio Lopez: Fashion, Art, Sex, and Disco" and I'll be attending the book release party tomorrow night as well as doing some shopping during Fashions Night Out! Thursday I start classes again, and Saturday I'll be walking in the "IN*TANDEM Magazine PRESENTS: 2013 Spring/Summer Presentation by: Domonique Echeverria"show at the OUT hotel. I will also be attending some selected shows as part of NYFW'12, which I will bring my new Canon Powershot camera that the Art Directors Club ever so kindly gifted me along with me to document, as well as the other events.

color block alley

Stopped in this cool alley to take a few photos while shopping around and running errands with my Mom, I love the color block wall. I've realized that both Neon and Color block are up are the newest fashion trends, I'm not very excited about this. The weather was pretty nice around 11, but dropped extremely fast.

Took a break and stopped in "la Petite Abeille" to split a chocolate & strawberry belgium waffle, yum!

ear infection

Haven't left my house all day, and barely made it out to the doctors yesterday. I have the worst ear infection and it hurts so bad, plus I constantly feel weak and tired. Laying in bed working on a project for school.

Went and got the claws done today, and did some birthday shopping for my sister, who turns 20 tomorrow!

urban renewals

I had so much fun in Massachusetts and Boston and road trips with my Mommy are the best, but I'm so glad to be home sleeping in my own bed rather than a hotel room. We found a thrift store today called Urban Renewals and for just $35, I got a wide leg black jumpsuit, a long skinny mens jacket, a chiffon button-down shirt/dress, a few knitted tank tops and dresses, and a leotard. I have no idea how I managed to find them all because the store was actually quite big and boring. I left my house with a half full suitcase, and returned home with a full suitcase and three more bags of clothing. After I unpack, I'm going to sleep like an angel.

Two Chanel gifts from Tatiana. They mean the world to me. The Bleu de Chanel smells so amazing I can't stop spraying it, and the red lipstick is such a perfect shade for my skin tone. Thank you for all your love and kindness.

dear Boston...

Blogging from Watertown, Boston. Dropped my sister off at school this morning and continued on to Boston with my momma. We spent the day consignment store shopping with her best friend Tatiana, but had no luck. We went back to her house and got to catch up with her and her brand new baby girl Ariane, who is too cute for words, and her eyes are giant and blue! She's so adorable and sweet, when she's not crying. I also got to meet Tatiana's mother, who I've always considered a spiritual grandmother, but finally got the chance to meet. It was so lovely spending time in their home, their love is so comforting. My flop in the consignment stores were quickly countered when Tatiana gave me a few amazing black pieces from her closet, including a long knit vest, a short black dress with a plunging neckline, and a vintage black mink jacket on loan.

butterfly x-ing

I visited the most amazing Butterfly conservatory called "Magic Wings" here in western Massachusetts today with my mom & sister! it was a giant greenhouse with free flying butterflies, kept at an 80 degree temperature.
